JT5C is provided with CAT2 two-dimensions data processing system. The measuring result can be displayed and processed in computer and printed out. Horizontal light path is adopted in the instrument. The instrument not only is used for measuring of profile compare, but also for coordinate measurement. A large worktable is adopted, which has a large measuring range and load. Adopting telecentric system for objective and illumination of parallel light, the measuring error is small. As objectives are converted in direct-inserted way and fitted in with cone and pressed by spring, the accuracy to center is high. Worktable′s moving up and down is operated by a motor, it is easy to operate. The instrument is suitable to examine and measure contour and surface shape of the parts with complex shape. For example: cam, templet, gear, punched pieces, cutters, tools and parts. It is widely used in the industrial departments of electron, textile, machine and instrument manufacture etc. |
