銆€The instrument not only is used for measuring of profile compare, but also for coordinate measurement. It is of higher precision. Vertical light path is adopted so that it is expedient to inspect small test-pieces. A large worktable is adopted, which has a large measuring range and load. Adopting telecentric system for objective and illumination of parallel light, the measuring error is small. The optical projection-reading device is applied for longitudinal and transverse travels of worktable, reading accurately and quickly. Worktable鈥檚 moving up and down is operated by a motor, it is easy to operate. Large working distance of each objective is available to examine parts with bigger size. Objectives are converted with a high precision turret, changing magnification conveniently and positioning accurately. Using internal-focusing-type transmission illumination system, its construction is close, change of magnifications is quick. Reflective illuminator is equipped to allow measuring surface shape. It is suitable to examine and measure contour and surface shape of the parts with complex shape. For example: cam, templet, gear, punched pieces, cutters, tools and parts. It is widely used in the industrial departments of electron, textile, machine and instrument manufacture etc. |
